I've had 2 accounts blocked for botting now and haven't botted on either, I'm not sure it is even possible on mobile. How do I even challenge my ban??? Since jagex are taking money for membership they should at least be able to prove it. It's a total waste of time these days and like a fool I am paying for membership again. Is there any way to talk to a human about this??

Unfortunately all you can do is submit a ban appeal, there's nothing that can be done about this on the forums.
