Not much is known of the Obsidian Tribunal other than they were mentioned in Sliske's Endgame if
Saradomin
won the stone.

Zaros
then instates his pact with Saradomin as he rescued his daughter from one of the Tribunal's tomb worlds and she was being held by Nex in exchange for the stone.

With the recent release of the Horror Journals and later POH, we have learned of three deities/priests of
Xau-Tak
.

Could the Tribunal be these three entities detailed in the journals?

Theorize and post your thoughts.

They've already been stated to not be a god.

They are not a god collectively. Individually perhaps, maybe some other form of deity different form traditional God we have on Gielinor.

Did we confirm for certain the three entities mentioned in the journals are in fact Gods? Or just what the mwanu referred to them as, being a higher power.

Given how little we know of the 3 sub-deities in the horror religion (whether they are actually gods, just variations of what Xau twists horrors into, or whatever) and how little we know of the Obsidian Tribunal (we know they control worlds and are not a singular god), my answer is a firm 'maybe' with a good helping of 'we really don't have enough information to make decent connections yet.'

A tribunal is not a group of three.

Kharshai was a tribunal. Kharshai went offworld after Children of Mah. Kharshai is Obsidian Tribunal confirmed.

I know a tribunal is a court or a group of judges, I just associated the three that were mentioned in the journals to be the collective tribunal, and of course obsidian being black stone, it made sense. Supporter of

One of the lesser deities is clearly the Skeletal Horror, which is on Gielinor, and has been for some time. So it would have to be only two of them. You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?

No, incredibly doubtful.

The Obisidan Tribunal is likely referring to what the Teragardian Magisters now refer to themselves as, since it hints at a connection between the Tribunal and Saradomin having his daughter being trapped on one of their worlds, and while Saradomin is sure to have many enemies there's certainly a reason why he has been afraid to return to Teragard for all this time.
