It’s been 5 years since we got Menaphos and the quest line that confirmed Tumeken is still alive.

Why have we not been able to bring him back to Gielinor yet? Or Eldinis?

These Gods did play a part in the God Wars back during the Zarosian campaign and should be brought back into the story to deal with the elder god conflict as well. We already have all of the other major gods represented and now a newly ascended one.

Can we get some answers to why the Pantheon has yet to bring their main God back and why aren’t they being included in the major storylines?

Menaphos story is set in 5th age so it's not even clear if Tumeken makes it to 6th age. All we know is that Icthlarin makes it. Who knows... maybe they don't want to develop 6th age stories involving the desert without wrapping up the 5th age story first, especially as this story already includes a lot of deities in 5th age.

Jagex is in an awkward place regarding the timeline.
The Desert/Menaphos series is set in the 5th age, and Seren's council is in the 6th, yet, Tumeken, or even any mention of him, is still absent in the 6th age.

So now this means they've written themselves into a hole where Tumeken cannot possibly return in the 5th age, otherwise, we would already know him at the present.

It's a terrible shame too because there could've been a lot of potential to see how the Desert Pantheon react to Azzanadra becoming yet another Mahjarrat God, especially during the recent CoS quest, in the Cathedral.

In all Likelihood, the resources that the Elder God wars Questline will require makes it unlikely Tumeken will return until after Jagex has wrapped that up, which then further puts the Desert pantheon in a bad spot, because Tumeken and Elidinis will have to return amidst all the other Gods that are already prepared, leaving a bit of a preparation gap.

Last I heard, Tumeken sacrificed himself to stop Zaro's army and the last traces of his essence were contained within the Kharid-ib, which his Daughter, Amascut; the soul devourer tricked you into getting for her.

As made obvious by Phite Club, she devours the last of his essence thus he is perma dead now.

I have just been reading through the other posts on this thread and I think that everything I wanted to say has pretty much already been said. The timeline is in a rather strange place as they haven't tied up the events of the 5th age yet and I reckon Jagex will want to do this first before delving into the role these gods play in the 6th age.

Probably planning to be killed in the very quest he is to return, he would be far too interesting a character for the playerbase - and Jagex won't allow anyone to shift their focus from their beloved Zaros and Seren for one mere second.

I'm fairly confident that Amascut specifically stated that she would devour Tumeken's heart (presumably the Khalid Ib) after Scabaras "debased himself" fully corrupting Tumeken's bau. So he's not perms dead yet, but will be if Amascut's plan's succeed.

I find a striking resemblance between how Tumeken "survived" his detonation and how Seren "survived" her own. Both left behind shard(s) that contained one or more aspects of their personality. Furthermore, we know Icthlarin and Amascut were sent to Freneskae by Tumeken to search for allies to fight against Zaros which begs the question as to how Tumeken knew about Freneskae and why he'd expect to find allies there.

Methinks Tumeken's past intertwines with Zaros' and Seren's. Not necessarily having met prior to Gielinor, but rather sharing the same or similar source.

If true, this could mean that, much like how Seren could split off a shard that could operate in the world as her eyes and ears in the form of Haluned, Tumeken may have split off shards of himself to make most of the desert pantheon (confirmed exceptions being Elidinis, Anascut, and Icthlarin). Presumably, he reabsorbed them prior to detonation in order to have the requisite power. Afterwards, they eventually reformed from individual shards of Tumeken, much like how Eluned and the Dark Lord formed from shards of Seren.

If true, this would link Tumeken with Seren's, Zaros', and the Elder Gods' story, placing him right in line for current story focus.

The only question left would be when Mah made Tumeken. Presumably, he was either made prior to Seren and Zaros (seemingly unlikely given that he doesn't appear to have been as powerful as them) or he rose to godhood from one of the Freneskaen tribes after Seren left (presumably one we don't know about given that the ones we do know of are generally accounted for).

It's also possible that another Elder God could have made him as an explanation for him possessing similar abilities to Seren, but it seems somewhat unlikely given their disdain for sapient life that isn't them.
