In World Event 3, Vorago (and indirectly the Godless) won.
What if ... one of the others from Zamorak, Armadyl, or Saradomin won? (not hypothesizing if Tuska won)
In truth, probably not much.
Killing Tuska was a +1 to the faction.
Devs had teased Vorago absorbing some of Tuska's Anima and gaining something of a new look and a 'hard mode'. But that has yet to be released.
Killing Tuska also gave the Godless their
only
win in Sliske's Game, though that resulted in little.
We would have gotten a different ending (of sorts) for how each of the other 3 factions would have ended it.
Odds are Zamorak and Saradomin would have used finishing move not too far off from what Vorago did.
Armadyl had the Divine Focus, so a good chance he'd just power that up again and take a shot.
As for Sliske's Game, it would have made Armadyl and Saradomin more likely to be the opponent in the final race for the Stone of Jas.
Though there is no guarantee that either of them would have absorbed additional power from Tuska.
Zamorak would have now been in a far better position to be in the final race, but not guaranteed. There is a chance that he could have absorbed a chunk of anima from Tuska in order to have avoided needing to do his heist or even used the energy to augment what he got from The Stone of Jas.
But as theorized, there wouldn't have been any long term ramifications other than NPCs besides Garlandia and Kara Meir standing on the back of Tuska proclaiming their faction's victory.
