For now, forget game play and go with Lore!

I was comparing foods and something made me pause. Cabbages and such heal so little. A man has 50 HP so a single cabbage (210) is good for a whole family of NPCS!

Yet that is nothing compare to the behemoth luring in the caves of the Living Rock Caverns. While at low constution levels its healing is unremarkable, it can produce a monstrous 2300 HP, good enough for fair size village!

Is this a super food?

What does constitution do that allows you to extract so much fishy goodness?

And what allows the player swallow such large sea creatures, are they part snake? O_o

Yes, but cabbages are submerged in a veritable sea of minerals. Dirt. Yet they are one of the lowest of the low of foods. Rocktails are vastly superior. Though cabbages do reproduce like over excited guppies! Roar Trout, noisiest fish on Gielinor!

It would take 2143 cabbages for Wahisietel to heal from low LP to full health (450,000). By comparison, the same feat could be done with just 180 rocktail soups.

So what I'm saying is, assuming we used the best healing food available, it would cost over a million coins for a Mahjarrat to have a filling meal. Fortunately, Mahjarrat do not need to eat, so the point is redundant.

Bardur the Fremennik isn't so lucky. With 150,000 lifepoints, he would have to eat "only" 750 Herrings to heal to full health, costing just 6,750 coins. Or alternatively, he could eat 60 Rocktail soups for 405k. So he'd have either a very long and tedious meal, or a still pretty long and expensive meal. Not easy being Bardur.
You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?

That is not true. Mahjarrat eat Mahjarrat at a banquet every 500 years....Cannibals?

Though that makes them some seriously nutritious stuff, better not let the locals know or they might go the way of hornless unicorns!

The QBD has 36k HP and eats nothing inbetween bouts of being put back to sleep. Yet she's all bright eye'd and bushy tailed when she is awoken once more...maybe Bardur just needed a good night's sleep!
