You can try going to "Support" on the right side of the navigation bar, scroll down, and click on "Your Account" and see if you can find anything helpful there. That said, you could probably get more help if this was moved to Account Help. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.
