They certainly have a lot in common.

Both decided that Taverley needed to fight gods in the Sixth Age.
Both formed military groups- the Godless and the Crux Eqal Knights.
Both represent Guthixian values after Guthix's death.
Given Thaerisk had an apparent "near-death experience," perhaps he actually just took Biehn as an alias. When the Elder God Wars began, he emerged from hiding with his Godless-Crux Eqal forces to take to the fight.
...Right? There's no way that there's actually two ex-Guthixian resistance organizations in the Sixth Age?
The Godless didn't just sit out their "time to shine" to fight apocalyptic gods in the Elder God Wars? Right?
Biehn had to have been there the whole time!
