OK so Sliske stole a little bit of us (an itty bit of our soul) and everyone has been running about trying to figure out why.

For himself?
For another?
Turn us into a Wight?
Give himself an Afterlife?
Steal our nifty respawning ability?
Would who he is working for gives us a clue?
Is he still working for Zaros?
Working for Xau-Tak?
The Kin?

Has anyone considered that if one Elder God can be corrupted, that another could be? OUr distilled abiltiyt is Divine Shielding, so what if someone plans to corrupt another Elder god and have this corruption spread like a disease and starve them off from Divine Anima?

Heck, hit Jas and the way they and the artefacts are all linked it cold spread to them all...? :O The purpose of adventure is to shine light into dark places,

Darn, I thought this was going to be some Godless thread gushing about how the gods were going to die in the coming game. I was listening to Battered Soul at the time I saw the thread title and the music got me pumped to make a roleplay-ish Saradominist defense for a faction thing that never materialized. :(

If the Elder Gods dealt with, if the gods are connected to the Stone of Jas and said disease can filter on down to them as well, would they not be sitting ducks in a best case scenario for them?
Would they sleep
Would they die?
Would they lose their godliness?
Would they be immune, or slowly bleed energy like the Mahjarrat used to?
