Does the concept of fish absorbing heavy metals in the water and being a concern for diet exist in Gielinor?

Real-world there's a general warning about eating canned tuna frequently due to mercury levels. Do regular citizens in Gielinor have to deal with anything like that?

I'm mainly wondering if it's a good idea to be feeding Kittens nothing but Tuna

It could definitely open up an interesting can of worms for future updates to both versions of the game!

The existence of Poison Karambwan on osrs always made me think about that in a lore aspect.
