Much of Third Age/God Wars lore that hasn't been exactly addressed are going to be listed below:
*Nearly all existing cities created in the 4th age were built on leftovers of god wars/third age battlefields, only when the 'god wars' had ended. For a sample of what a god wars settlement looked like take Avarrocka before it became the 'Varrock' we know today after expanding post-war: https://youtu.be/TB88piitm9o?t=170
*Every day of life was a 'struggle to survive', even for 'the strongest' according to Juna in her World Wakes dialogue when the world guardian asks "Were the god wars really that bad?".
*The death toll in the god wars was hundreds of millions, on both sides involved. It lasted approximately 4000 years.
*Forinthry was made up of primarily grassland, in combination with fir/evergreen trees before detonation. Some of which have survived in the ice plateau but covered in snow.
*There existed creatures called wyrms which could destroy massive cities and annihilate entire armies with east, for those whom tamed and used them. (http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Wyrms)
*Bandos arrived in the early third age and attacked Kandarin, more specifically Southwest Kandarin. His armies arrived in the areas south of Feldip Hills from Yu'bisk before attacking then taking the area, Bandos established Gu'Tanoth as his 'capital city'(Base of Operations).

*Apparent extinction or near-extinction of all known Aviantese, Icyene, Centaurs, light creatures, wyrms, white dragons, orks, ourgs, fayrgs, and raurgs that resided on Gielinor.

*Many skeletons of those killed in the Forinthry blast or fighting there still remain there after all these thousands of years. Not dissolving to 'dust' as you would think:
I would personally like to see how we can explore this, if and when Archaeology is released as a skill. May add more after this.
