A new grimy that can be Obtained only by farming and it is an untradeable by planting mix of current seeds such as : 10 low tier seeds - 5 mid low tier - 1 high tier seeds
The xp yield from harvesting would be similar to the zamorak grape or little lower 4-6k xp per patch and takes inbetween 4-6 hours to grow, this is to give the players to utilize which seed they choose to plant last before going to bed.
Now to where this grimy would be usefull, currently the highest herblore pot that can be made is at lvl 98, i can see a pot that would give a temporary boost to the special attack example 30s-1min boost for special attack accuracy by 10% and 15% dammage this will apply only in pvming, this can be very good potion to be used for speed runners/normal pvmers that want to have an extra accuracy in landing their DWH spec: Tekton, OLM, Vasa, Nightmare, Nex, General Graardor and so on.
