The Barrelchest Anchor has a large amount of requirements and is a 60 attack weapon. i feel like the statius warhammer (which a 75 strength requirement; and is obtainable at very low combat levels) was made to be much better than the anchor. I think the barrelchestanchor would be more balanced if it atleast had the same accuracy bonus as the statius warhammer, and atleast 1+ higher max hit (considering the higher combat level requirement of 60 attack to use the anchor).

I like how the anchor would is a cheaper alternative to the statius warhammer, with the price of having to do a bunch of quests with level 50 stat requirements. I feel like the anchor would be more useful in its bracket (against zerkers / 70 def obby maulers etc) if it had higher accuracy bonus
