OSRS has specific worlds locked for all kinds of players. Worlds locked to certain total levels, locked for fresh start accounts, locked for pvp arena, etc... I think it would be nice to have a world locked for mobile players. No harm done to non mobile players and have a world where people restricted to mobile aren't losing out to the competitive advantage of keyboard and mouse.
