escape caves don't work

people in teams cycling through worlds, no one can do the wildy boses. there is no successful escape path when a team has all exits blocked off. and are hoping through every world. also please change the ether charge loss on death. i shouldn't lose my ether for a weapon i protect for ironman and regular users this is too much.

maybe changing the escape cave and outside cave single way combat would help and removal of spiders in escape cave so pvms could log out
