Seriously .. the inflated loot table is just over the top , each boss has a huge amount of junk it can drop which makes 0 sense for the boss to drop it in the first place, items that are actually worth it have a disgusting drop rate, 1/1000 1/3000 1/6000 1/10,000 1/20,000 .. seriously .. no one wants to do the same boss 45,000 times trying to get one specific thing.. its downright boring and you get major burnout and quit for half a year.
people want to collect all unique items then move on to another boss to have that completion feeling , but the way this is set out you could play until you are DEAD and still not have 25% of the items you sought after, it is genuinely STUPID .. its a bloody game, make things more realistic, have at X amount of kills you get this item but if your lucky you have a 1 in X chance to get it before ! .. not mehh 1/16,000 .. 10k kills in just keep going is the answer you get, NO!. it becomes so tedious you just want to sack it off and play another game that respects your time.
I want to give every boss a good few hundred kills but by the time i get round to completing one bosses collectibles i will be stone dead with maggots scranning my brain, be realistic for god sake, a 1/3000 you could do 25,000 kills and still not have it, and people have! , now a 1/10,000 oh my god.. who the hell wants to do the same boss mechanics 100,000 times when its not even guaranteed you'll get what your working for ! it feels like a chore, any boss is tedious after 500 kills nevermind 5000, 10000, 150,000 by the time youll get the items.
there is plenty of bosses and most people subscribe to the game because they enjoy OSRS not baiting carrot on a stick with these ridiculous drop rates, back in <2007 the game was massive over 1m players daily , atleast 100k just picking flax.. keeping players in this game is not done by giving stuff a MAYBE you'll get it in 20,000 kills just keep goiiiiing hurrduuurrrr, its DUMB. its more like to cause burno
