Once upon a time jagex was going to add "corrupt" versions off all the barrows armor, but it was voted down because jagex refuse to limit it to just pvp areas. Pkers wanted armor that would sell for 1 m gp, but would decay over 10 hours. Problem was, they wanted them to drop several per hour. With that high of a supply and that low of demand, they would never maintain that high of a selling price. The only way they could be done was to sell them to use outside of the pvp areas. This would have made ever barrows set obsolete. At the time, they were selling for 10 mil but they would soon be worth nothing.
Jagex said they would limit it, but the link from the poll said it would be useable everywhere. We voted it down and told jagex to repoll it with a limit and they got mad.
I seriously doubt anyone would support it now after what jagex did.
