What if we could have the board games from the games room (which were great to have in the corner of the Christmas event) buildable in the games room of a a player owned house? It should be at a high construction level, since it's an elaborate table of 4 games, unless it was decided to make the table start at 1 game at a lower construction level and upgradable to all 4 games at higher construction levels.
Another place in the POH that it could fit nicely is in the Parlour, where there are three chairs in front of the fireplace. It would be perfect if you could put a boardgame table in the middle of the chairs, and have the chairs turn to face it when people were playing a game.
It would be a great expansion to the social things to do in a POH.
