Allow players to use Ear Plugs for faster magic experience while plank making via the lunar spellbook.

Make them 3rd Age Ear Plugs worth 200m GP to go for 200m Magic -> a sign one should go for 200m in a skill. Perhaps 5-30k faster xp per hour.
