What?
I am suggesting the feature to combine any standard colored boot with climbings boots so that the upper portion of climbing boot takes on the corresponding color, while keeping the grey, spiked sole.

How?
The new item might be called Climbing Boots (Red) , or Climbing Boots (White) etc., and it becomes untradable until it is broken apart back into its two components.

Why?
Purely aesthetics and playfulness!
