1. Saradomin Upgrade Kit (Why not make sara gs as strong as ags? Its spec looked nicer than ags spec in my opinion)

2. Blade of Saeldor Upgrade Kit ( I prefer the look of my bos than fang so why cannot we get an upgrade for it to make it as strong as fang! X.D)

3. Giant Ankou (Bigger and badder)

4. KRD King Red Dragon (Bigger and badder)

5. 200m Exp Skillcapes

6. Silver/Gold Dragons

7. Ice Block - 99 Magic (Ice Barrage Upgrade)

8. A new type of barrows equipment!

9. Sailing Skill

10. A new level added to stronghold of secruity

Let me know what you think :)

200m Exp Skillcapes. 13m for a 99 and it's almost 20x the achievement but no skill cape?

The game is too easy for 99 combat especially.

Major characteristic of runescape is the leveling process and enjoying it but what is the point of introducing near 99 items with such easiness to get 99 and equip it right away. Players used to feel proud of finally wielding a d scim or rune armour or rune weapon, but all lower content is useless because the sheer easiness of the leveling process, one the defining characteristics of RuneScape is meaningless.

I concur with 200m skillcape but could do the revamp of leveling. You'll run out levels if you decide to put new content in.... you can't just stuff new gear and weapons into 95-99, you'll run out of levels, and to the point where it doesn't matter what the content is because at same level, it will be undisguisable and just cosmetic.

I agree with this majorly, it does feel like at some point it'll be hard to introduce new tiers that also give you a feeling of clear, meaningful progression.

Power creep is an annoying reality and is difficult to deal with.

Even a mere discussion about 200m xp is a contentious one. On one hand it makes perfect sense, on the other hand 200m in an objective sense is pointless so does one then continue adding progression past an XP total that is equivalent to level 99?

As for the OP's list; I support basically all of it! :)

As someone who has gotten 200m's (on main), I don't think that it is healthy to incentivize going for 200m's. I would much rather see a completionist cape that involves more game play to show accomplishment than 200m capes.

Also I think sailing really should introduced in the game.

Why?

Think about it. You can pretty much go anywhere on LAND only. But what about water? Look at runescape and you will notice there is a lot of water. Yes there are islands but what happens when you take a ship from one land to another piece of land whether it's island or not? Nothing happens. You realize it's just a black cutoff where you instantanously sail from one part to another. Why is it like this? implement the sailing skill where you level up and sail faster or whatever.

In games like pokemon, you have to physically move across water and it doesn't just happen in a blink of an eye. You can also introduce water based monsters and even quests that deal with the ocean only. This is an adventure game right? You limit the game only to land? That is not a very good thing to do. The water in this big RuneScape map isn't utilized at all. I'm sure there are fish you can't even fish next to the shore. I mean how can you fish giant sharks right next to land? That's not how fishing even works.

at this point implement the flying skill also. These transportation methods such as flying and sailing is no different than teleporting. You can literally put a wizard at the gnome glider or port sarim and pay gold, and have him do some cheesy osrs animation and you see a black loading screen, and you are at the destination.

The flying skill can be like taming skill but applies to flying monsters. Because runescape pretty much sees dragons as legendary, you can have riding dragons as a high skill level.
