I just saw that the hardest npc to pickpocket are tzhaar at level 90. They give only 103,4exp and their loot is total carbage compared to others like elf, vyre and even gnomes and paladins. Also you most likely run if the other tzhaar spot you stealing. So where is the logic in this? Getting 90 thieving for a slow method of obtaining gems and poor xp isnt very rewarding. I even saw that the loot table and xp rates were decreased in 2017 for some reason.

This seems much more like a rant than suggestion but you could definitely do something about this.
