The developers can add more item reactions from using them on NPCs that would otherwise say: "Nothing interesting happens." This can liven up the game, especially passive NPCs that have uses for this, up to & including items for bringing up peace with gifts/barter/additional "foreign currency" that a particular race uses, or break the peace with said NPC being berated enough to attack you on site options to dialog interaction up to and including direct attack that can in similar ways of as that can happen on Zeah, for better or worse. Perhaps this can lead to non-linear quests of factions unlike Elder Scrolls Online, but with the Zeah system more-so not getting in the way of any copyright infringement. This can also be good for bringing back the job system, multi-class as such seen in Ultima Online, or Graal Classic Online, who knows?
