I am sharing some of my content ideas that I thought might be a great addition to the game.
New Barrows Boss: The Atrocity
By choosing to discard possible loot from a barrows chest, a player may opt to recieve
a Key of the damned. This key can be used to reach lowest level of the katacombs where the Atrocity lies. On entry, the player will be sent to an instanced room with a large chest in the center and the corpses of the barrows brothers and their weapons scattered throughout. On the attempt to open the chest, a cut scene will occur where limbs will reanimate and combine together to form the Atrocity. This 5 armed, 2 legged creature, will be equipped with all 5 of the barrows Brothers weapons, each in one of its grotesque hands. Atrocity will have multiple different phases. He may send the Dharoks axe flying around the room for the player to avoid massive damage. He may throw torags hammers at the player for splash damage that completely drains run energy. He may possess kharils crossbow to fire at the enemy from a distance!
Possible loot from the chest after defeating this boss:
Soul of dharok - may be used to enchant one piece of dharok equipment.
While under 10HP, each enchanted piece of dharok gives a 10% chance to heal 10% of damage dealt (stackable)
Soul of ahrim - may be used to enchant one piece of ahrims equipment.
Each peice of enchanted ahrims equipment increases magic damage by 1.5%
Soul of kharil - may be used to enchant one piece of kharils equipment.
Each piece of enchanted kharils equipment increases range damage by 1.5%
Soul of verac - may be used to enchant one piece of veracs equipment.
Each piece of enchanted veracs will give a 5% chance on hit to reduce targets prayer points by 10% of damage dealt.
Soul of torag - may be used to enchant one piece of torags equipment.
Each piece of enchanted torag will give a 2.5% damage absorption.
Chains of the damned - can be combined with the abbysal whip to increase its attack distance from 1 tile to 3.
