1. Double amount of ammunition created per bar. 20 bolts per, 30 arrow heads per.

2. Stat squish rune to a required level of 90. Open up Amethyst. At level thresholds you can trim armor with amethyst giving it a minor stat boost i.e. +1 or +2 prayer bonus. The item then becomes untradable until the trim is removed.

3. Implement a new ore type past rune that’s untradable but of a barrows-tier in damage without perks.

4. Give smithing cape a 5% chance to refund bars when smithing.

Allot of these untradable recommendations is to result in the least impact on the economy. Please share what you think may be good changes if any or feedback on my thoughts.

Could you elaborate a bit more on your core motivations for each of the points? I read the points but I'm not entirely sure I know what we're trying to achieve here so I don't want to give a strawman response :)
