I'd have to politely disagree with making the game faster purely because it may suit someone's circumstances in the real world.
I'd recommend not feeling like you're missing out on anything simply because you don't play as much as a full time streamer and that the small bits of progress absolutely count and will make them feel valuable to you as you achieve those milestones.

As Zeffino pointed out I'm sure we would all love a little xp boost here and there. However It takes away from the hard work you put into your account to feel a sense of achievement. If everything was easy it wouldn't have the same effect. While I do empathize with what you are saying I would still have to stand by the xp rates in the game as they are. It's a long grind but it sure is fun
