I have a suggestion to boost user activity.

If we were to implement a proper drop system, for example Raids could have a guaranteed purple roll every (X) raids. We would see an increase activity in player based as users would be inclined to continue to play or learn to play PVM or raids, instead of being totally demotivated by being dry. which leads to lesser player base in terms of not wanting to return to PvM or not being able to progress their accounts.

We could implement such a system and still have the "luck" factor some people desire, while increasing player base with a proper reward system.

We can't leave high tier gear strictly in the hands of the lucky.. Please make the unobtainable, obtainable through proper hard work and not a luck based system that deters people.

I agree, like pet drops, and unique drops, should be guaranteed after X amount kills , i personally hate bossing because i could spend 6 months ripping my hair out when one guy comes along and gets what im trying to get first go , its infuriating.. ive said in a previous post the pets you get are a hollow flex because its based on luck , ive seen atleast 10 people with the vork pet that all had <100 kc yet im sat over 1000 with nothing .. like why should i even bother when its based on RNG .. there is no reward for effort its all based on luck and its boring, even if i got the pet at 4k KC i know some other guy put in 1000x less effort than me and got it so its like "oh yay" .. its a terrible system getting a boss pet at such a low KC it should not be possible.. its a miniature version of a boss that should be earned by smashing the boss X amount of times not .. get lucky or keep going forever , i cant handle bossing it bores the life out of me repeating the same mechanics for months just for that one drop you want and inevitably someone else will get it in a day . totally gives you that cba feeling and that salty taste in your mouth when you see the people who got it with little to no effort whatsoever.

I feel like part of the allure is the luck. If things were more certain at that high level niche then the sense of achievement wouldn't factor in as highly.

As long as other parts of the drop table provide a reasonable GP rate (which according to the wiki they do then it should suffice).

In general if you look at the concurrent player numbers over the years, it's updates in general that have increased the player base. Things like mobile drastically increased the player base.


no one can be achieved with luck, if you want to feel achieved earn it through a set amount of kills/raids.
