The draconic visage was once of the most iconic and coveted drops in the game, being it was considerably valuable and it is in most cases an extremely rare drop. Due to it being in the game for so long and other shields being better options at bosses etc, the visage is no Ionger a super valuable drop (from an unrestricted account's perspective).
The change I propose would be to make the dragonfire ward require a draconic visage to be used on a dragonfire ward which would consume the visage to be able to have access to the method of charging the ward through bottled dragonbreath or dragons and its increased defence bonuses for the shield. Not only would this increase the price of both items, it would also make vorkath more rewarding as super rare drops from vorkath that cost a significant amount of gp are already very rare to obtain. This would also fit into runescape lore, being that vorkath is an undead ice dragon, it would make sense that his drops would need to be activated by the power of a living dragon to benefit from their magic.
Just an acknowledgement too that I understand there are likely players that will be opposed to this. Some of the reasoning for that opposition I can think of being Ironmen would require a skeletal visage and a draconic visage to get access to the charged ward, which could potentially take a very long time. Also, vorkath is considered by most high lvl pvmers to be a rather easy boss that many players can kill, so if the price of the items went too high the drops may be considered overpowered.
No idea if this suggestion will have any support, just wanted to throw the idea out there and see if theres anyone else that thinks it should be polled, cheers.
