Hi Team,

We need to do something about the bots spamming websites and scam YouTube videos.

I'm not sure what systems there are in place but the problem is still there, even in every members world.


Can we please have more player moderators? - Even if it is a new kind without the traditional crown, any way so the community can help fix the short-term problem until they are banned.

I'm constantly reporting them wishing there was a mod to mute or ban them, people must fall for the scams otherwise they wouldn't do it.

Best way to help out is keep reporting in game for Web Site advertising.

Plenty of P-Mods in OS but you need to remember they are Players first and Moderators second. They also need to enjoy the game and not be the Police force everything thinks they need to be.

Reporting does work. Jagex do ban them. Sad thing is soon as they get banned they just add another to take it's place. It's an endless circle of life.

As for the Scams they are advertising yes people still fall for them. Shame really as for years everyone knows the scams.

Keep reporting when you see these advertisers and Jagex will keep banning.

The only way i can think of helping to slow down this is if jagex start sending a pass code to the e-mails to make the account or a phone # to text a code to make account. i hate going to the GE becouse of them. every time buying or selling gold or inferno service. new one i seen was do you suck at pking well i got a bot for you.....
