I have a suggestion that you alternate the time bracket in which you do website maintenance if possible.
Sharing the game play time loss evenly between time-zones would be good.
These maintenance shut downs of the game always happen in the evening/night for me (right when I'm most able to get on OSRS)...plus seemingly never when I'm in bed asleep when I wouldn't effected by it for a change.
