i have 529 kills with phantom muspah and have yet to receive a venator shard which is 1/100 please look into this thank you.

Rolling a dice 10m times may still not give you the wanted number but the chance is still 1/6 per roll! Same goes for drops! You just got unlucky bad rng!

0.4909% chance of getting 0 drops or fewer

so if more than 200 people do this. chances are 1 person will get 0 drops.

nothing really needs to be looked at, this is normal for rng
