I was wondering if we could get an overhaul of the Ring of Stone so that it's actually a useful ring instead of an obsolete paper weight (though turning into a rock is kinda cool).

What if we turned it into a skilling ring? For example, paying homage to Diablo II we could make it similar to the Stone of Jordan and give it an invisible +1 to all skills (+2 when imbued)?
We wouldn't have to include combat related skills, and since it has a decent price it wouldn't be too overpowered for the cost? Just an idea. I've got 4 onyx just rotting away on my ironman and I've always wanted the onyx ring to be useful.
