I think Sins of the Father quest should be removed for Blood Runes just because that quest has nothing to do with RuneCrafting, and if they won't they should just remove GOTR as well.

the quest sure has nothing to do with rs, but you unlock the area in where the blood altar is located. and it makes sense the blood altar is there. its really that simple
