Welcome!

I have been doing some construction recently and have been admiring all of the incredibly useful items I've been able to put in my house and have been wanting to apply some of the later construction updates to the existing Kitchen room!

The kitchen hotspots I think which could use some additional upgrades are:
-Larder
-Stove
-Table
-Shelves

TLDR explanation of upgrades :
-Larder that has configuration options like a portal nexus.
-Stove decreased burn rate for food like the Lumbridge Castle range and the Hosidius Kitchen.
-Table that automates the process of making complex foods provided you have access to a sink, stove, and larder with the ingredients needed.
-Shelves that also allow access to gnome cooking as well as knives, jugs, and a white apron.

Larder Space: Culinaromancer's Larder

Proposed Level Requirement: 83 Construction (Boostable)
Meta Requirements: Completion of Recipe for Disaster

Proposed Materials:
-8 Mahogany planks
-2 Bolt of cloth
-1 Magic stone
-2 Gold leaf
-1 Culinaromancer's Token (new item)
-1 Reward Token (Gnome Restaurant) (existing item)

The Culinaromancer's Token is a purchasable item from the Culinaromancer's Chest after completing Recipe for Disaster.
The Reward Token (Gnome Restaurant) is a reward from the Gnome Restaurant minigame after completing 12 deliveries.

Functionality:
By default, the Culinaromancer's Larder allows for players to access the same ingredients as the Teak larder: Bucket of milk, Egg, Pot of flour, Tea leaves, Potato, Garlic, Onion, Cheese.

However, the larder would also have a "Configure" option, just like a portal nexus which allows players to add the following ingredients to their larder:
-Chocolate bar
-Tomato
-Cabbage
-Cooking Apple
-Grapes
-Redberries
-Dwellberries
-Pot of cream
-Pot of butter
-Spice
-Gnome Spice
-Gianne dough
-Banana
-Orange
-Lime
-Lemon
-Pineapple
-Raw Chicken
-Raw Meat
-Toad Legs
-King Worms
-Equa Leaves
-Vodka
-Gin
-Whisky
-Brandy

To add an ingredient to your larder, much like the portal nexus, it will require you to supply it with 1,000x the noted item in the configurable option. Shopkeepers sell tokens at 1000x the base price for gnome items. Players can also sort the ingredients in a list how they wish, and also assign an "Left Click Option" which pulls out the desired ingredient on a left click, while accessing all the ingredients can be done with a right click. Instead of a dialogue menu, the menu to access the ingredients should be like the teleport list of the portal nexus.

Stove Space: Magic Range

Proposed Level Requirement: 82 Construction (Boostable)
Meta Requirement: Completion of Recipe for Disaster, 100% Hosidius Favor

Proposed Materials:
-8 steel bar
-1 Magic stone
-10 Red firelighter
-10 Green firelighter
-10 Blue firelighter
-10 Purple firelighter
-10 White firelighter
-Culinaromancer's Token (new item)
-Hosidius Token (new item)

The Culinromancer's Token is a purchasable item from the Culinaromancer's Chest after completing Recipe for Disaster.
The Hosidius Token can be purchased from the cook in Hosidius Kitchen after the player has 100% Hosidius Favor.

Functionality:
Combines the functionality of the Range in Hosidius Kitchen and the Range in Lumbridge Castle. The Hosidus Kitchen range provides an addative 5% increased chance of successfully cooking food over standard cooking ranges which increases to 10% with completion of the elite Kourend & Kebos Diary. The Lumbridge Castle range (also known as the Cook-o-matic 100) allows players to stop burning specific foods at a level lower than what the required level is to stop burning them.

Table Space: Chef's Preparation Station

Proposed Level Requirement: 72 Construction (Boostable)
Meta Requirement: 32 Cooking

Proposed Materials:
-2 Marble block
-3 Steel bars
-Cooks' Guild Token (new item)

The Cooks' Guild Token can be purchased from the Head Chef in the Cooks' Guild west of Varrock.

Functionality:
This table acts as a limited storage space and as such, the true functionality of this table can only be utilized by the owner of the player-owned house in which it resides. In order to access the table's functionality, ONE of the following items must be worn: Chef's Hat, Golden Chef's Hat, Cooking Cape, Cooking Hood, Max Cape, Max Hood, Varrock Armour 3 or 4 (Note, these are the same items needed to access the Cook's Guild).

The table has a "left click" option called "Prepare". If the user is the owner of the house and is wearing a required item (listed above), the table analyzes the following: Items in the player's inventory, Items available in the player's larder, Items available in the player's shelves, access to a sink (water), access to a stove (cooking). It then populates a list of everything the player can make, similar to how a furnace operates. Once a selection is made the following events take place automatically without any additional user input or clicking:

[Chef's Preparation Station Continued...]

1) Food related items required for the recipe in the player's inventory are stored in the table's storage space (this can be accessed with a right click option should the player get disconnected).
2) The player walks over to the larder and quickly (still one by one) grabs the required items from it.
3) If the items need to be immediately cooked (like raw meat or potatoes) the player walks over to the range to cook them.
4) The player walks over to the Chef's Preparation Station and stores the items grabbed from the larder.
5) Repeat steps 2-4 as is needed for the recipe
6) If the recipe requires water, the player will then walk over to the shelves and quickly grab bowls.
7) If the recipe requires water, the player will then fill the bowls with water at the sink.
8) The player will then begin to combine ingredients using the table's expanded storage space as if it were the player's own storage. The table always has a knife without the player needing to provide one.
9) If the combined item needs to be cooked, the player walks over to the range and cooks the item.
10) Any items left over in the table's inventory that matches items from the kitchen's shelves or buckets, are deleted.
