I am tired of seeing the once prestigious crown jewel of the Runescape economy being regarded as a junk item, obtainable by simply creating a new account and completing the stronghold of security.
The only people who actually cares about them are hoarders that collect them in the thousands along with burnt fish and other worthless items.
Why not remove all current in game stock and reintroduce partyhats as purchasable in game for an excessive amount of money?
This would prevent them from being discontinued while still being desired by players due to their price.
The price could even be tied to and adjusted according to the price of runescape bonds in order to not become more accessible over time as the in game money supply grows.
Not only would this serve as a huge gold sink but also reinstate partyhats to its former glory as king of the hill in the runescape economy.
I think there are more things that can be considered with this idea to add more spice to it, if needed, and I think it could be exciting for a lot of players.
