I might be the only one who is thinking this but can the elite Lum/Draynor diary not be a requirement to get the barrows gloves, or at least not the quest cape requirement. Barrows gloves were the best in slot melee gloves for the longest time and it made sense at the time to have the requirement associated with having the best in slot item. However with the introduction of better in slot items and quests it is starring to not make sense. The ferocious gloves(which are better statwise for melee) require just the completion of dragon slayer 2 and hydra leather but barrows gloves require more for less. I get that this will upset people who have already unlocked the barrows gloves but for those that haven't it will be put further out of reach with every new quest added or with new content added.
