I think it would be very awesome and make Guardians of the Rift feel a bit smoother if you could charge the Amulet of the Eye using binding necklaces similar to how you can charge a ring of suffering with recoils. This gates the item to use for this behind doing Guardians of the Rift, but also makes it so you don't need to bank constantly while doing the minigame to grab new necklaces from your bank. While the necklace having the teleport is already nice, I think it would fit for it to also have this use, and it would let you use the necklace in Guardians of the Rift as well.

Part of the point of this is to let you use the amulet, which is part of the set thematically, in the game in a way that makes it an upgrade when you obtain it, and with Necklaces of Binding being what they are, it would have to work as one to be used in your neck slot.
