quest summary: The quest starts at the myth guild with an alarm that is sent out throughout gielnor warning of a mage resurrecting elverag. this mage has a grudge against merlin, the knights of the round table, the four houses of Kourend, and various kings around gielnor. part one you have to restore the life of Robert the strong, to do this requires some dark magic. this dark magic has an unintended consquence of bringing him back as an enraged evil version that you have to cleanse. in order to clense him you have to go craft a portable dark altar and then say a prayer at the end of the fight. this is called an altar of revival. this is similar to both merlin's crystal and demon slayer quests. Part 2 now that Robert the strong is now cleansed you now have to bless or curse your altar. Part 3 is going to find vorkin, vorkin is normally a neutral party but he has had a cuse put on him that you can extinguish using your portable holy or cursed altar. Once you lift the curse from his head he challanges you to a fight and to continue in this quest you must be able to defeat him. if you can defeat him he will assist in the final fight. simultaneously as you defeat him a cutscene will play where salazan *the mage behind all of this* will summon 2 new dragonkin which will be Cadmus and Tatsu which are two dragons that fell to a battle in a previous age. Part 5 of the quest is acquiring the assistance from warriors and non warriors around gielnor. some of them include the cook, the lumbridge guide, the knights of the round table, merlin, awowogei, the goblins, king roald, a representative of each house of kourend, pirate pete, sir amik varze, scratch, the mountain dwarfs, and evil dave. Part 6 of the quest is the final boss fight which takes place in the dragon god war dungeon, under regular gwd.
