Hello! I know this is a little silly - I think others may have suggested this around when the gloves were released - but I wanted to suggest maybe adding a second upgrade to the smith's gloves
Right now, one of the annoying parts about doing blast furnace with ice gloves (either smith's I or just the gloves) is that the glove switch can be missed and uses a slot of inventory. I feel like a worthy upgrade to the smith's gloves - something that can already contain the Ice gloves, mind you! - would be allowing this upgrade to be a small efficiency and ease of mind upgrade to make that single inventory slot open up again!
Plus, blue and gold look really hot together, and I adore how the smith's gloves (I) look already. That being said, I mocked this up in photoshop real quickly - I know it's not something amazing and the modeling itself would be a little harder, but I feel like this would be a fun upgrade to an already great piece of gear.
