The Official Solus Forum OSRS Ironman Clan Forum Thread

Welcome to the Official OSRS Forums thread for "Iron Realm" CC! We are an Ironman-only clan in OldSchool Runescape. Regular, Hardcore, and Ultimate Ironmen are all welcome to join Solus Forum. Our aim is to share the full Ironman experience with you and join you along your journey as you “stand alone” (with some friends!).

Our clan was created to share the OSRS Ironman experience together: whether you’re in the very early stages of account creation, or all the way through to end-game PvM, We have plenty of opportunities that range from clan events for a chance to win prizes, plenty of members skilled in end game raids and pvm bosses, knowledgeable members to the whole ironman experience. We have a hybrid rank system through our bot which is obtained by doing daily commands as well as trusted earned ranks. We are a new clan looking for regular members to make our clan more alive and would love for you to join us!

CLAN RULES

The following rules are enforced on the Discord server and must be followed while you are here. These rules are in addition to the Discord rules which you can find here: https://discordapp.com/guidelines and the Rules of RuneScape found here: https://www.runescape.com/game-guide/rules. We follow these rules as well as the following discord rules.
1) No hate speech, racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or any other type of discrimination.
We will not tolerate attack on any person or group of people on the basis of:

• gender
• religion
• race
• ethnicity
• mental and/or physical impairment
• sexual orientation
• sexual identity

IF YOU ARE CAUGHT IN VIOLATION OF THIS RULE, YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY AND PERMANENTLY BANNED FROM BOTH THE DISCORD SERVER AND THE IN-GAME CLAN.
2) OSRS and Discord has players of all different ages from all different countries.
In order to make sure that every member feels they are in a comfortable and safe environment, we will not allow the following:

• Real life depictions of gore, death, or extreme violent acts
• Depictions of killing others or self
• Cruelty of other or animal (abuse)

All adult pictures and topics may ONLY BE POSTED IN THE NSFW CHANNEL. DO NOT POST THEM ANYWHERE ELSE.
3) Keep all posts and bot commands in the correct channel.
If you are unsure where a post should go, do not hesitate to ask an @Head Admin.
4) No excessive trolling.
We are here to have fun, but not at a fellow clan member's expense. We try to keep everyone happy.

We believe it was fair not to have one person to solely have all rights to the server so we split it between two people. The Silver and Gold Keys in the rank are the Owners respectively so please keep that in mind.

Rank Hierarchy
We crosscheck clan mates from the clan with the discord server 24/7 making sure every rank is obtained fairly and just. From ranks Iron -> Adamant you must use the #rank-bot commands to earn points for each rank which is our unique way of ranking up. Most of these ranks just show seniority amongst the members and have no function just yet. The required points can be found in the #rank-system text channel. We don’t have a guest role so random people can’t just join and talk to any of our members cause we want it to be ironman exclusive, BUT members that are invited are automatically given the BobCat Role which is basically a guest but it’s written proof that you are an ironman. Moderator/Trusted Positions are decided by all the staff of the clan and we do have monthly checkups to see who is either eligible or not.

Ironman Confirmed Guest [BobCat]

Basic Rank [Bronze]

Member + [Iron]
Member ++ [Steel]
Trusted + [Mithril]

Trusted ++ [Adamant]

Special Positions:

Chat Moderator [Rune]:

These members are not necessarily moderators but they are personally assigned by our next rank, the dragon rank. A rank that must be earned and given and not obtainable through the bot. Members must be in the clan for a good amount of time, must be trusted by the clan and staff members as well. We cannot have people with this rank that aren’t liked by most of the clan. Members must be very helpful and active in the clan community. This is the beginning of a leadership role and must act as such. These members must take part in clan events, help set up, and help recruit members. These members CAN mute members in the discord.

Moderator [Dragon]:

The first step into an administrator role. These members moderate the clan but not just the cc but the discord as well. Handles inside problems with the rest of the lower ranks and is in charge of all the rune members. Has power to mute and kick in the cc, power to move, server mute/deafen in the discord. Like stated previously, they are in charge of handpicking the rune ranks. THESE MEMBERS MUST BE HANDPICKED BY THE UPPER STAFF. Members can host clan events, giveaways, and are in charge of the customer service portion of the clan.

Iron Realm | Requirements

As stated previously, the only two requirements to join our clan is that you MUST be an ironman, hardcore, or an ultimate ironman and that you must join the discord if you want to rank up from the bob cat role.
There is no application to join the clan since we are a new and growing clan so please either leave a comment with your discord tag and ign or add one of us on discord. [NEW MEMBERS MUST USE THE !work command to rank up the next ranks eventually]

The BobCat roles are only for people hand-invited in game or people that do not want to partake in the opportunities for ranking up. Can’t wait to see all of you ingame and thank you for giving Iron Realm an opportunity to be your new online family
