The RuneBlazers is a community clan where we value friendship above all else. We are based in Eastern North America and have dedicated event leads in the UK and Europe. Whether you're looking to run raids, or chop trees, The RuneBlazers is the clan for you.

Originally founded back in 2007, The RuneBlazers stayed together as a clan until RuneScape's transition to the Evolution of Combat in 2012. After the release of Old School Runescape, and the return of many original members to the game, the clan was reformed in 2020 during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Back in the day we were a very active community clan with multiple events a day, and consistent warring by 2009. Naturally the clan evolved over the years, but one thing always remained the same -- we are a community FIRST and we focus on having fun together, no matter what we are doing.

Since reforming, we have built a community of players who resonate with the clan philosophy created over 10 years ago. We have big aspirations for the coming years, and hope to offer a truly memorable experience for our members. Welcome to our community!

The original RuneBlazers clan was famous for its many active events, and honoring that tradition we host events regularly, though less frequently than in the past because most of us are now adults with real-world responsibilities. We generally have several planned events a week and we invite any clan member to host their own event as well. We also host regular competitions including Skill of the Week, Boss of the Week, and PvM Bingo with hefty prizes for the winners.

Our goal is to help integrate prospective members into our long-standing community, and to do that all applicants are subject to a trial period. All trial periods are to be completed within five weeks of applying to our clan. During your trial period, you will need to:

Host an event: 3 Points
Attend an event: 1 Point
Drop Split 10m+: 1 Point
Drop Split 25m+: 2 Points
Drop Split 50m+: 3 Points
Participating in SOTW or BOTW: 2 Points
Top 3 SOTW or BOTW: 5 Points
Bumping the forums thread: Staff Discretion

Everyone involved in an event that includes at least one trial member will receive double event points. When posting an attendance log with a trial member please indicate which member is the trial member by putting (TM) next to their name. Clan events will only receive credit if there are three or more clan members participating in the event. You can track your points in Discord in the #clan-ranks channel.
