Hello all. Kingdom is a social clan with a focus on PvM and events. We aim to create a family-like atmosphere where trust and communication are at the forefront. We also pride ourselves on our event variety intended to keep the game fresh and competitive. We also have a custom ranking system through an in-house bot that provides both transparency and variety.
This forum page will serve as a “hub” to assist you with understanding more about our clan, as well as any further information you may need to join.

Clan Requirements and Application


Kingdom requires fairly minimal requirements to join the clan. As for in-game requirements, we simply look for a 1750 total level and a gear check (see below posts). We allow both Main accounts and Ironmen. You are required to fill out an application at the link here. Our application asks fairly simple questions, however we do have a hard requirement of joining our discord, as well as general clan activity. Once you fill out an application, one of our star ranks will add you and contact you over Discord. You can also join our Discord and let a star rank know you’ve applied.

Apply in Discord using /apply with our custom bot. You can also add the following information in a post in this forum if you'd like.

Kingdom Bot is our clan's bot for all rank ups, accolades and bounties! This bot was custom created for use by Kingdom clan. It provides transparency to ranking up and tasks players with being a well rounded clan mate before rank ups occur.

Clan Ranking Information

Below is more information on our clan ranks. This is a fairly simple structure.

Owner
Current clan owners main accounts. ‘Lron Warrior’ and ‘Lron Paladin’ are the current owners. More may be added later. Expected to run the clan through and through.

Administrator
These ranks specialize in one or multiple aspects of clan activity. This includes clan events, pvming, pvping or community leadership. They are fully empowered to create, schedule and run clan activities. Community leaders are expected to be active and contribute to decisions that broadly affect the clan

Community Leader
These ranks are extremely well respected members of the clan. They are empowered to run events if they desire and are at the minimum expected to provide feedback during event planning

Legacy
Given to long standing administration ranks who have stepped down

Ranking FAQ


What are Accolade Points?
Accolades is the Kingdom clan's custom achievement diary. These involve various aspects of the game and hope to promote and reward diverse playstyles. The list of accolades can be viewed in the #roles room as well as below.

E.G. 10 Pets, Master CAs, 700 Collection Log slots, etc.

What are Bounty Points?
The bounty system will announce a number of items each month that you can hunt. You can find the list pinned in bounties. You have until midnight on the 1st day of the next month (in your local time) to obtain any of the drops.

After obtaining the drop, take a screenshot showing the date/time. Then use the /submitbounty command in the #bounties room and upload your screenshot with the # associated with the bounty. Co-Owner of

Clan Rules


1. Be respectful of your community members. Strive to not exclude certain members/ranks from conversations where possible. Continued use of discriminatory comments will result in a ban.
2. Please use your best judgement when discussing controversial topics while in a group setting/general chats. They're often divisive and may be best kept to a private conversation. Most especially with politics and religion. These subjects cause unnecessary drama and are ideally kept to private conversations.
3. No NSFW content. This includes but is not limited to: images, videos, gifs, links and sexually explicit text.
4. Sending/Linking any malicious sites or software will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
5. Don't spam messages/images in game or in the Discord. This includes not using the “@ everyone” command in discord unless you are running an event or it is a very important message.
6. Begging for items/scamming is 100% unacceptable. Remember that giving/loaning someone gold or items is done at your own risk. Any scams will be reported and posted to RuneWatch.
7. Buy-In events, while not frequent, may include a small tax on winnings, intended to help fund clan events/attempt to help partially pay back lost gp in the event of a scam (subject to review).
8. When using voice chat, please keep the above rules in mind and have tested your mic settings prior to joining. If you live in a noisy area/house, it may be best to use push to talk. Joining voice is an integral part of the clan, please try to keep that experience pleasant from your end.
9. PvM splitting must be agreed upon prior to starting the content. If no agreement is made, the players are assumed to not be splitting and doing a free-for-all raid.
10. Should you leave the clan for longer than 2 months, your rank is eligible to be reset. Admins will determine on a case by case basis. Leaving the clan will freeze your ability to gain points towards ranking up. Co-Owner of

Clan events are held regularly throughout each month and are based out of Eastern Standard Time. The event calendar will be posted in Discord at the start of each month alongside the monthly item bounties.

Bounties are offered each month for the first person to receive or hunt down a particular item in game. Each bounty gains 1 bounty point and a ticket towards a prize roll!
