Welcome to Team Cable.


We pride ourselves on being a flourishing, friendly community who enjoy playing the game together, be this with events, clan chat or through PvM. We aim to give our members the best experience while playing the game we all enjoy for one reason or another, we hope you find that here!

We aim to progress as a team throughout our adventures, we would like to express that we are a casual PvM clan and focus primarily on the social aspect of the game. There are no requirements to join.

Having said this in order grow we need you to join us to and advance the clan!

Maintaining active in clan.
Winning the weekly Skill/Boss Of The Week Competitions.
Splitting Loot.
Recruiting new members


1 banana

Members who apply on forum get smiley during a trial period (approx. 1 week). If they pass, they get 1 banana.

You can get a second banana by either:

1. Win 1.0 competitions (becoming second counts as half a win)
2. Split 40m (For this post clear evidence of you splitting with clan members involved)
3. Staff vote (For members who've been active, and helpful in the clan for >1 month)
4. Recruited 2 person who passed the trial

3-banana can only be obtained via:

1. Win 3.5 competitions (becoming second counts as half a win)
2. Split 140m (For this post clear evidence of you splitting with clan members involved)
3. Staff vote (For members who've been a huge + to the community for >3 months)
4. Recruited 7 people who passed the trial
5. To get 3 banana you have to be #1 in at least 1 competition

Team Cable PVM REQUIREMENTS


At the moment we only have raids requirements for pvm. We are happy to teach new people raids as long as they have the basic requirements. There are no requirements to join the clan.

Levels for Chambers of Xeric:
-85 +Melee, Range, and Mage
-70 Prayer

Levels for Theatre of Blood:
-90+ Melee, Range
-94+ Mage & Ancients
-70+ Prayer

Special account builds (e.g. pures) are fine as long as they can effectively participate in the raid.
Ask in the clan for item requirements and see pinned messages on discord.

We check our new applicants to ensure we are recruiting the right people with the right intentions, if you fail these checks you will be automatically declined.

In general
Treat others with kindness and respect.

Keep conversations appropriate and inclusive
General conversations are fine as long as they are conversations among multiple users. This means no topics meant to incite a negative response/argument. We all know the difference between friendly banter and flaming/racism/toxicity.

Debating and voicing your opinion is allowed, however if it goes too far and escalates then you will be asked to stop

Follow the rules of RuneScape
No NSFW
Please don't link to, post images of, or allude to anything NSFW.
Don't spam
It's fine to post a lot, but please refrain from spam-level worth of messages.
Multi-clanning
We understand that our members wish to Raid/PvM with their friends who are not in the clan. We do however respectfully request that you do not multi-clan. Eventhough not strictly enforced, if you spent a large amount of time in another clan you'll be removed for inactivity.
Staff has final verdict on rules
If a member of staff asks you to stop doing something, you should stop. The staff reserves the right to take any moderative action at their own discretion.

PVM RULES


All loot must be split EVENLY between the people present in the trip, at the end of the trip, unless specific loot rules have been stated explicitly and is agreed upon by everyone involved.
If a team member is an ironman, one does not have to split with the ironman, nor does the ironman have to split with the rest of the team. Effectively treating the ironman as if it was doing free for all (FFA). On average this does not affect the overall loot per member.
If the ironman gets a duplicate, it is up to the ironman to decide what to do with it.

The onyx drop from Tekton does not have to be split.

If you are asked to do something or bring something you are expected to do it. Please do not keep your party members waiting, it is infuriating. Turn up in good time and be ready.

You shouldn't go into a raid knowing you'll have to leave partway through.
If a member leaves a raid partway, then they are eligible for a split if and only if all of the following:
-The reason for leaving was not foreseeable at the start of the raid.
-A significant effort/contribution was given while in raid. At the discretion of the rest of the raiding party.

We are not responsible for random people on PvM trips, while you are welcome to PvM with them this must be done outside of the clan.

We advise against lending or borrowing items from other members, use your own supplies you are responsible for any items you may lose upon death or due to lending - this is to be done outside of the clan. If you do lend items, we strongly recommend asking items/money as collateral. In the end you are responsible for any items you lend or borrow.

We recommend that you screenshot all unique drops specific to that boss, so you have evidence that you did in fact receive a drop and a split this also will allow you to rank up see Ranking Up section

These requirements/posts are subject to change as nothing is set in stone, we are always looking for feedback from you; members of the clan.

All suggestions on taking the clan further are of course always welcome

We want to take this clan in a direction which everyone is happy with, this won't happen without feedback so make sure to provide constructive criticism if you have an idea :D .
