Empathy has been a thriving OSRS presence for over 7 years now! Our ultimate goal is a non-toxic family environment, where all accomplishments are acknowledged big or small. We are here to grow together. Ranks are earned over time through activity within the clan.

.Why us?.

As mentioned above we are going on 6+ years! Our leaders have years of experience leading PvM and PK clans as well as our own! We all agree that it is easier to make money in this game as a team. So we want to make a friendly community of skilled players to do so. Our clan puts a lot of focus on helping current members fulfill their goals while playing with friends and helping our community grow and flourish.
Don't know how to do a boss? Don't be shy. We will teach you! We have groups of people that go to God Wars, Corporal Beast, and all different raids daily! Along with frequent learner raids!

for you very well could be accepted depending on skill or how close you are to meeting the requirements. We will give members who don't meet the requirements a month probation period to do so, that also gives them time to be in the CC getting to know the clan.

.Rules.



1. Honesty is a must in this clan.
2. If you're online, you are required to be in the clan chat.
3. You must follow all of Jagex's rules.
4. All Clan PvM is, unless explicitly agreed upon, is completely split between all in attendance. Additionally, the highest rank at a boss trip will split all loot.
5. No item lending.
6. Can't be in multiple clans or part of a team.
7. Anyone can host an event, but clan events will be hosted by ranked members.
8. If you leave a boss early due to an unforeseen circumstance, you are entitled to your split of loot and the next 5 kills on that trip. If you die and you are heading back then you are still part of that trip and don't need to worry about the leaving early rule. This rule is strictly for people who have to completely leave unexpected.
9. We have discord up and running and you are 100% REQUIRED to be in it. We have an activity check to see who is active and who is not to clean the CC friendslist. We also plan and run all of our events through Discord.
10. Screenshot all unique drops you get and the selling price and post screenshots in discord so we can keep it recorded for your rank ups.
11. Absolutely no flaming or trolling other members. Common banter between friends is okay. But it will not be tolerated. We strive to make this a friendly community of supportive players. Everyone jokes around, but don't take it to far. Not everyone has the same sense of humor you do.

The rank up system is based on drop splits, completing mentor tasks as well as participating in various events like
Skill of the Week
. The required rank up gp to reach each rank are:



Gnome Child : 0m - 50m


Recruit : 50m - 150m


Private : 150m - 300m


Corporal : 300m - 600m


Sergeant : 600m - 1B




Achiever : 1B - 1.5B
Adventurer : 1.5 - 2B
Gamer : 2B - 3B
Raider : 3B - 5B
Elite : 5B



Keep in mind that we only allow a drop to move you up 2 ranks. For example, a
Recruit

getting a Twisted Bow drop will only be moved to Corporal.

HOW SPLITTING DROPS WORKS



The point of our rank up system is to accrue trust in our clan. While the ranks, in general, are for show, a higher rank shows dedication to our family.

In order for any drops from bossing or high-value PK's to count for rank up gp, everyone in attendance
MUST BE A CLAN MEMBER.
Our clan promotes brotherhood and family, and our ranking system reflects the dedication to our family thusly.

Items cannot bump your rank by more than 2 ranks; a twisted bow at
Gnome Child
will not rank you to
Gamer


The person who receives the drop is the person that gets the rank up gp. Additionally, the amount of rank up gp gained from an item is the total value,
NOT
the split value.

In situations where there is a tank present (I.e. General Graardor tanking), the tank will receive half an item's gp value {if the item is not in their name} in rank up gp.

There are attendance-based rank up gp rewards, which are posted in the discord.

There are per-event rank up gp rewards, which will be posted in event channels in the discord.

Any valuable PK during a clan PK trip will count towards rank up gp, and the mages on the trip will get half of the item's value as well.
