Chief Commodities Officer (CCO)
The CCO shall be in charge of the procurement, buying and selling of commodities. They are expected to be able to source commodities when possible (mining, smithing, combat).
They are expected to account for current company reserves and co-ordinate with respective members so that they may process to further products.

Chief Armour Officer (CAO)
The CAO shall be in charge of the buying and selling of armour. In the event it is required to do so, the CAO will be in charge of procuring armour for company members. The CAO and CWO are expected to co-ordinate their decisions for outfitting the company.

Chief Weapons Officer (CWO)
The CWO shall be in charge in the buying and selling of weapons. In the event it is required to do so, the CWO will be in charge of procuring weapons for company members. The CWO and CAO are expected to co-ordinate their decisions for outfitting the company.

Chief Rune Officer (CRO)
The CRO shall be in charge in the buying, selling and crafting of runes. They are expected to allocate any required number of runes for company operations so long as this is approved first by a supervisor.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO shall be in charge of accounting to the founder the financial operations of the company when called to do so. There will be meetings 4 times a year, the first of which shall be on 1st January 2024. The following meetings will be on a quarterly basis

Positions vital to the operation of the company:
Miners - Responsible for mining ores (copper to rune) and delivering to the CCO at the end of the working day or when immediately possible.
Crafters - Responsible for crafting Jewellery, armour, weapons, or other items and delivering to the CCO.
Smithers - In tandem with miners to produce orders
Security Consultants - To protect select clients or personnel for an allotted time Rune Capital Holdings - Founder and Chairman of the Board

Why should I join?

The Chief roles provide adequate scope for the officer to co-ordinate with colleagues and feed back to the appropriate personnel.
The preliminary roles provide scope for level progression, personal wealth enhancement and relationship development.

Salary is linked to performance and decided subsequent to a review every week
General salary for C-Suite roles: 100.000gp
General salary for miners: 25.000gp
General salary for smiths: 25.000gp
General salary for security consultants: 25.000gp + compensation based on danger or other factors

Bonuses are available for recognised performance improvement, permanent raises are decided on a 6monthly basis. You are invited to make a case for a raise however you must be able to prove the viability of paying you more.

Promotion to senior roles within are available and awarded based on performance and dedication to set targets by the board.

Rune Capital Holdings - Rulebook

1. Be respectful and courteous to fellow company members. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. Repeat offenders will be struck off and reported.

Supervisors (Mining(5), Crafting(5), Smithing(1 and 2), Runecrafting(4), Fletching(2)
Operatives (Miners, Crafters, Smiths(1 and 2), Runecrafters(4), Fletchers(2), Traders(6))

Traders report directly to the Chairman who also acts as Chief Operating Officer and in turn head of trading and securities.

Rune Capital Holdings- Articles of Association
The Company is not yet incorporated in game, however the date of the company's incorporation is 30/11/2023
The Founder and Chief Executive Officer is myself
The 5 board members and the CEO will meet every 2 weeks to discuss targets, current sales/orders or any business pertaining to the company and its development

The Board members are expected to uphold the image and integrity of the company. Any Board member found to be abusing company resources or intentionally damaging the image shall be removed from the board and placed on an internal list.

The purpose of the company is to provide weapons and armor, runes, ores and bars and auxillary services (including personal security, coaching and advisory services).
We offer investment into certain commodities, speak to myself to organise securities transactions.

Relating to the Employee:
Salaries will be paid weekly and bonuses will be distributed accordingly

You are not required to take orders however you will find your salary will be much less than those who put in orders as much as they can. Additionally you can find yourself developing within the company and run entire lines of skillers and manage them, while accountable to the board and earning a higher salary. We reward progression and responsibility.

You are responsible for upholding the image of Rune Capital Holdings. Treat all customers or correspondances with respect. That includes mails, messages in game and in-game contact. Also do not offer or propose benefits or inventory from the company to outside users that attempt to bribe you for the informatin or said inventory. All board members and employees who hold stock will be expected to account on request, but issued no earlier than 12 hours on the same working day, or up to 24 hours. How do I make money?

On top of your salary, we will pay you spot price for the orders that you fulfill.
As you become more experienced, we will give you full autonomy over orders, as in- you both procure and keep your resources and buy and sell as you like. Of course you need to be prudent with your investment as it will be company money you buy and sell resources with.
Bare this in mind as you progress, if you want to put your personal funds up, remember that these are not covered initially but you may make claims for expenses relating to procurement or production. Not all claims will be approved as claims must have merit and not to circumvent carrying out the work to obtain the amount of product required for an order.

Any other reasons I should join?
To players under level 40, we offer starting salaries of 80k. To help you outfit your character with the equipment required to start working.
Board members can receive additional salaries and bonuses linked to company and personal performance.
