RULES AND LAWS
(Subject to interpretation)

Rule 1: Offensive Language

Every single member of the clan is strictly prohibited from using any form of offensive language aimed at another member that can be offensive to another members self, nationality, religion, and beliefs. WE ARE ACCEPTING OF ALL SHAPES AND FORMS OF PEOPLE.

Rule 2: Scamming

Any form of scamming is strictly prohibited.

Rule 3: Spamming

SPAM (Stupid - Pointless - Annoying - Messages) are prohibited and if the offense is at a high enough level, you will be spoken to, and possibly punished. We do not want a qp w in chat four hundred times. Try some original humor for Chris Farley's sake

Rule 4: Arguing

Arguing will not be tolerated and anyone involved in the argument shall be warned.

Rule 5: Begging/Asking For Ranks

Begging for ranks and anything else that is possible to be begged are prohibited.

Rule 6: Racism/Sexism/Transphobia/Homophobia

This is mentioned seperate and alone from rule 1. None of the above mentioned is accepted even as a joke. You have been warned.

Rule 7: Verbal Abuse Toward Members

Any verbal abuse toward another member shall not be tolerated, even if it's just a joke.

Rule 8: Advertising/Multi Clanning

Advertising any clan, chat, or website is strictly prohibited and you can be added to the list of blacklisted members without warning. We do not allow Multi-clanning in cc and if you are caught you will be removed from the cc with no warning. The only exception to this rule is when refering a Help/activity clan to another member. Rule 9: Encouraging Rule Breaking/Luring

Encouraging or luring others into breaking a rule is prohibited.

Rule 10: Impersonation

Anyone caught impersonating a staff member of Jagex or The Divinity CC staff shall be instantly kicked from the Clan Chat.

Rule 11: Threats

Threatening other members in game or in real life are prohibited.

Rule 12: Offensive Names

Divinity CC staff reserved the right to punish with a kick or ban for any username for any reason, at any time. This is mainly aimed at rules 1, 6, and 7.

Rule 13: Begging For Items/GP/Loans

Don't beg for other peoples' money or items. Honestly, who wants to give up something they have worked so hard for? Earn your own possessions, PM me, or any staff member, WE WILL HELP YOU GET GP WE WILL NOT GIVE YOU GP. We do not condone loans and do not guarantee loans. Please do not use the cc to look for loans as this can result in removal from the clan if the offense is deemed high enough.

Rule 14: Rules Of RuneScape

Always follow the rules Jagex has set out for you. If you do not abide by these rules you shall be warned or even possibly kicked from the Clan Chat with no warning needing to be issued.

Rule 15: Power Abuse (Clan Staff+)

Anyone caught abusing their powers as a trusted member of this clan in rank, by violating any of the rules above, or expectations of the role, in any way described above, stand to be demoted, suspended, or removed entirely and black listed entirely. We expect our staff to act in our image and provide the caring and respectful environment we expect to maintain.

Rule 16: PKing or Hunting

Any member caught actively engaging in PKing of other members will be banned without due process. Sanctity - Discord.gg/eAZpeeeF

PVM rules
All splits to be given to all participating, even despite death within a few KC, no questions asked

All drops will be given to highest ranking member upon request, assuming that member is diamond rank or above. Otherwise the drop is held by the player it dropped for.


Raids Rules:

All drops over 3m are split evenly among the team, there are no payouts for untradable drops.


Corp Rules :

When prepping for corp kills, wait for all of the team to be ready after stat reduction. All cannonball drops, onyx bolt drops, and any uniques under 3m are split upon discretion of the team. All sigils are assumed split.



If you are dedicated as alcher, GP is to be split evenly at end.


Tank should be rewarded all uniques under 1m for Bandos and Zammy



If these rules are not followed you will be removed without due process

Participate in events listed in discord or spontaneously through week
Join discord and send memes, join discussions, have fun in VC
Make account progression, and help others to do the same
Be honest and split drops
Make friends
Create an environment you want to be apart of
Be respectful, courteous, but not gullible.
