Iron Refuge strives to provide a
drama-free environment
for all of our members.
In order to achieve these goals, we have several policies in place that regulate what-is and what-isn't tolerated.
Take into consideration that these policies are not all inclusive, and instances outside of them will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
1.
All members must abide by the Jagex terms and conditions.
2.
Iron Refuge does not condone harassment of any kind. This includes discrimination based on race, gender, age, religious affiliation, or any other personal interest or belief.
This is strictly enforced and may result in an immediate ban.
3.
As a mature clan, we will allow swearing only to the degree that it is not directed towards anyone in a derogatory manner. There should not be any discussions about drugs, politics, or religion.
4.
All members are entitled to the "Open Door Policy" with any staff member. However, members are encouraged to follow the chain of command.
5.
In order to maintain a clean atmosphere in the clan chat, disputes between members should not be discussed in clan chat.
6.
Botting, or the use of software to gain an unfair advantage is not tolerated and will result in an immediate ban from our community.
This includes the use of unapproved clients.
