1. Introduction

Do you aspire to defeat every boss and own all of the finest gear?
Perhaps you dream of filling your menagerie with every pet in Old School?
There are no unreachable goals in Infernal and that's one of the many reasons why we're the largest PvM clan in the game.
Here you will find a diverse group of PvMers from casual 'raid-n-chill' groups to top end gamers pushing for world record times. We've been around for over five years and have developed a family-like atmosphere. Even if your short-term goals involve skilling or solo content, our clan is always a fun place to hang out.

Whether you are an experienced boss hunter or new to PvM, there will be a spot for you.

We provide ToB, CoX, and CM mentoring to ranked clan members.

Additionally, we hold regular clan events for all members to participate in: PvM comps, Boss of the Week, masses (raids, corp, GWD, wildy), minigames, PKing.

2. Clan Rules

At Infernal we pride ourselves on being a fun, friendly, and positive clan.
We expect all our members to mantain a high level of maturity at all times.
Members represent us in the clan chat, Discord, and in game.

The following actions are

not permitted:

1. Breaching Jagex's Code of Conduct
2. Personal abuse of/toxicity towards clan members and non-clan members
3. All forms of hate speech e.g. racism
4. Topics that could be seen as offensive or sensitive
5. Crashing both clan members and non-clan members
6. PKing clan members
7. Excessive spamming
8. Multi-clanning with other PvM clans
9. Leaving a partly completed raid or kicking a party member without the agreement of the whole team.

Members found breaking rules may be given a strike. Acquiring certain numbers of strikes will lead to the following action being taken:

1. One hour kick from the clan chat
2. Removal from the clan chat and Discord for 24 hours
3. Removal from the clan chat and Discord for 5 days
4. Removal from the clan chat and Discord for 14 days
5. Removal from the clan for at least 6 months and PvM and community points reset to 0 (conditions of return will be sent via DM)
6. Permanent ban

NOBODY IS EXEMPT FROM THESE RULES

3. PvM Rules

1. Tanking

a. Godsword Shards, Bandos Boots and Steam Battlestaves will go to the tanker.
b. Any unique, trip-specific loot rules (like a tank reward if the attacker receives a pet) must be agreed upon before beginning.

2. Lending out items

a. When trading collat make sure you receive cash or stable items equal or over the value (500k) of the item that is being lent. Make sure you have screenshots of what and who you lend items to!
b. After 48 hours (after the agreed timespan) you have permission to sell the collated goods.

3. Scamming

By default, all drops in clan PvM trips are split unless stated or agreed otherwise. If you scam an item you will be banned from Infernal and blacklisted on

Runewatch

for other clans. Runewatch is a website that tracks scammers. Players listed on the site won't be able to join any PvM clan.

4. AFK / Death

a. If you go AFK in the middle of a PvMing trip for a time the team agreed on, the drops received during this time will be split.
b. If you die/disconnect and are coming back to the previous trip, the drops received during this time will be split.

5. Non-clan teams

When advertising a group in CC or Discord which contains a non clan member:
a. Your message must include the tag ‘non clan’.
b. You are responsible for making the team aware of their gear, stats and any other relevant info
c. You and any other Infernal members in the team accept the possibility of the non clan member scamming, for which Infernal will not be responsible

These rules apply to all ‘guests’ (green smiley faces) in the clan.

4. Requirements and Rank System

To begin your trial you will need to apply in Discord. Your application must contain full-screen screenshots of the gear, prayer, stat and PoH entry requirements.

5. Application Process

Step 1

: Read the first page of this Infernal thread thoroughly.

Step 2

: Join the Discord

Step 3

: Follow the prompts from the Discord bot to complete your application. Submit the screenshots described in post 4 when instructed.

Step 4

: Join the clan chat & ask if a silver key or gold star is free to check your app.

Please note that we do not accept applications from iron accounts.

Your 30 day trial period will start automatically after your application is accepted.

You may not advertise any PvM trips without being accepted.

After acceptance

: You should register on the clan website

so you may submit drops throughout your trial.

DO NOT

use your OSRS password for the clan website. Infernal will NEVER ask you to do anything that might compromise your account security.

6. Submitting Drops

All drop submissions require a

screenshot

that contains the following items:

1.

Full-screen capture of the entire OSRS client

2.

The in-game drop message shown in chat

3.

Clan members' names (including alts if applicable)

If the image does not meet these requirements your drop will be denied.

We recommend using Gyazo or Imgur.

Final Step:

Submit the screenshot and trip information on the 'Loot' page of the webisite:

WILL NOT

count as a loot submission.

7. Points System

Increasing your rank in Infernal can be done by obtaining

points

Earning PvM points

1.

a drop in your name in a team with at least one other clan member
2.

Tanking

for a Bandos, Zamorak or Armadyl GWD drop in someone else's name in a team with at least one other clan member

Mentoring

CoX, CM, or ToB teaching raids
4.

Helping

in CoX, CM, or ToB teaching raids

Alting

in CoX

at Corporeal Beast

Tanking

for pets in GWD
9.

Boosting

the Discord server

Clan points are a fundamental part of our ranking system which consists of 11 PvM ranks.
Higher ranks also require higher stats, better gear and superior PvM ability.
The most prestigious ranks require completion of the Elite, Master and Grandmaster Combat Achievements.

Full rank system:

Silver key and gold star ranks

Are not based on point values. They are the admins of the clan chat.

7. Points System Continued

How do I earn points?

PvM Points

Splitting Drops

In order for a drop to count, it must be listed on the image below and it has to be in your name (or in your approved alt's name for CoX).

Tanking at Bandos, Zamorak and bolting at Armadyl

The tanker or bolter will get points regardless of who gets the drop as long as there is at least one clan member in the team.
Note: At Zamorak the tanker receives a higher amount of points than the attacker.

Example:

Jasper, Tricky and aaahChu were doing Bandos.
Jasper was tanking and Tricky got a Tassets drop.
Then both Jasper and Tricky get 60 points, but aaahChu gets no points!

Community Points

Community points are awarded for activities that contribute to the clan in some way.

8. PvM Trial

Once you are accepted into Infernal you will be a trial member. This means that you have 30 days to get the 175 points (100+ PvM & 10+ Community points) for your first PvM rank.

After starting your trial you should contact a staff member to be accepted into the in-game clan system.

Trialists are permitted to participate in any PvM activity with the exception of receiving some forms of mentoring.

To check your points or look up another member you can:
1. Type '!details + username' in #bots
2. Search for their RSN on the website
3. Use the clan plugin (RuneLite plugin hub)

10. Raids Mentoring

We offer mentoring for ToB, CoX, and CM.

We have a few

requirements

to be able to join these teaching programs:
1. Complete your trial and be a ranked member
2. Watch guides or streams
3. Be able to join Discord (with a mic)
4. Have basic knowledge of each room

Mentors host teaching raids, they receive 10 community points for each completion.
Helpers are capable raiders that attend teaching raids, they earn 5 community points for each completion.

Learners graduate from the mentoring program when they are able to complete a checklist of raid-specific skills.

If you are experienced already you may apply for the Experienced role.
