The RuneBlazers is a community/PvM clan based in North America and was originally opened in 2007 by Sir Furlong. The original clan operated until 2011 and was known for its friendly community and its many active events, ranging from GWD to Clan Wars and every mini game one could think of. In April 2020 a group of original RuneBlazers got together and decided it was finally time for The RuneBlazers to return with our intention to to honour the original clan by making sure friendships would always come before drops and efficiency.

Here at The RuneBlazers we focus on building friendship with one another while we play RuneScape and help each other meet the goals we set for ourselves in game. We provide a place for people to organize PVM trips and to join in on mini game events and skill of the week competitions. We aim to be a source of encouragement for one another as we strive to meet our goals and have fun while doing it.

The first RuneBlazers clan was famous for its many active events, and honouring that tradition we host events regularly, though less frequently than in the past because most of us are now adults with real world responsibilities. We generally have several planned events a week and we invite any clan member to host their own event as well. We also host a skill of the week event every second week, and there is often a hefty prize awarded to the winner.

Welcome to RuneBlazers! Our goal is to help integrate you into our long standing community, and to do that all new members are subject to a trial period. All trial periods are to be completed within five weeks of applying to our clan and can be completed as early as week three! During your trial period you will need to:

Obtain a minimum of 5 out of 6 items required within the application
Obtain one referral from a member with a junior member rank or higher
Attend a minimum of 5 clan events
Complete full member application on discord
Change your discord name to match your RSN

Our point system is integral to organization within our community, below you will find the different methods in which you can rank up:

Host an event: 3 Points
Attend an event: 1 Point
Drop Split 10m+: 1 Point
Drop Split 25m+: 2 Points
Drop Split 50m+: 3 Points
Participating in SOTW:: 2 Points
Top 3 SOTW: 5 Points
Bumping the forums thread: Randomly assigned

Everyone involved in an event that includes at least one trial member will receive double event points. When posting an attendance log with a trial member please indicate which member is the trial member by putting (TM) next to their name. Clan events will only receive credit if there are three or more clan members participating in the event. You can track your points in discord in #clan-ranks.
