Introduction to the Clan


Hello, welcome to the official new thread for the clan SoRS. We are an active clan that cover
Skilling
,
Social
,
PvM
,
Learner raids
,
Events & Competitions
. We have an website with all boss tracking, skills and events which has a point system for all users that count towards our rank system, trackable via the website and commands within Discord.

I founded the clan on the 27/09/2018 and have since had a nice bunch of users in our clan which have made it what it is today. The staff team here are exceptional and have helped build up the clan to what it is now. Our Discord has bots set up to link within the OSRS game itself to track many useful things! We believe our Discord/Clan is set up to be easy and friendly to use and a good place to be. We're a tight family here at SoRS with great people, friendly and helpful users from guests to staff! P2P to join the clan fully, F2P are able to guest! :D
We have a no Application/Requirement policy - so everyone is able to join :slight_smile:

Our website tracks ALL in-game levels once signed up to our discord, along with clues and all boss kills!

Ranking & Point System


~ OSRS Total level - 1pt per level.

~ Weeks in clan - 25pt per week.

~ Discord level* - 50pt per level.

~ New player refferals* - 100pt per new member.

~ Attending events - 30pt per event.

~ Hosting events - 40pt per event.

~ Loot splits* - 1pt per 1m split.

~ SOTW wins - 200pt per 1st, 100pt 2nd.

~ Obtain veteran rank* - 250pt one off reward.


Zenyte - Top 0-4% of players and 12 weeks in the clan
Onyx - Top 4-11% of players and 8 weeks in the clan
Dragonstone - Top 11-21% of players and 6 weeks in the clan
Diamond - Top 21-36% of player and 4 weeks in the clan
Ruby - Top 36-59% of players and 2 weeks in the clan
Emerald - Top 59-85% of players and 1 week in the clan
Sapphire - Top 85-100% of players and no week requirements


Discord levels obtained via mee6.

New players referalls is when you find a player in game and invite them to join our clan.

Loot splits will only be counted if you screen shot the unique drop in your IG chatbox, with the player you are splitting it with. So a drop worth 20m that gets split between yourself and another person will mean the player who received the drop gets 10pts. Please screenshot with title 'sors loot split - 30m - split with z Cal' and post in #drops and clues

Veteran rank can be obtained by being in the clan +90% of time since founding. This rank can also be given by founders for extra commitment to the clan.

Events, Competitions and SoTW


SoTW (Skill of the week)
is a competition hosted weekly by the staff team, a poll will be put up for around 24-36 hours then a sign up which is fully trackable by all members signed up via commands on Discord & our website. The top three winners are awarded points on our system towards ranks, also GP prizes often given out too!

Bossing Competitions
are hosted fairly often with split points, attending points all counted towards peoples ranks. Splitting is always advised on these unless stated otherwise. Same applies, poll will go up and sign-ups the same as SoTW works. Points awarded from the person splitting/people that attend.

Clue competitions/Misc competitions
This is a new competition we've implemented thanks to Joshuaa/iListen coding skills - All clues are trackable via each member so everything is counted! All you have to do is clue hunt! Sign-ups apply for this competition, polls do not. Points awarded to winners.

We have Nightmare Mass/Learning - CoX/ToB Learning/advanced sessions and masses -Corporal beast masses - Godwars masses - And More PvM!


Events are always going on, from loads of skilling events to any random PvM events, event organizors and current staff team put up events which they let you know by our Discord and in-game! All others members can also host their own events! Any attending users will obtain points towards the point system.

scamming at all, in CC/PMs/Discord, anyone found to be, straight out.

impersonation of any staff member, Clan mod or persons.

macroing or botting whatsoever.

being abusive to another player or seriously bad language to another being.

Not to spam up the cc with trades or useless spam.

encouraging staking, dicing or any other gambling at all.

To follow and comply with all of JaGex' rules.

begging (Applies to asking for GP/Item loans) or luring in CC/to other members.

To respect all fellow players and members within the clan.

heavy drug or illegal activities discussions.

advertising websites or other clans.

account sharing - Do not fall victim to getting hacked, or losing your account, your account is yours only to play and enjoy".

Pking Clan members without both agreeing.

Splitting at PvM Events/Raids essential if going as a group unless stated otherwise.

This is just a message to people thinking about joining us, you're welcome to guest aslong as you like and do not need to join us fully if not wanting too :slight_smile: of course most members have/do join us to fully open up our discord, ranking system and website highscores.


The team we have here at

are incredible individuals and have gone to extensive lengths to get us to where we are today, so please treat them with

when joining us! The same to all our other members here at SoRS - We're a very tight clan, which is growing nicely once more to make us a big family.
