About the Drip and Drop


We are a bigger community with a fair balance all around. We accept any ironman (hcim, uim, gim) player with a total skill level of 1500 or more, and have a discord requirement. Our clan has gotten pretty big and hovers between 475-500 people. For this reason we have also opened a new clan, Iron Drop. Same community, no requirement of total level to enter.

Here at the Drip we encourage banter and dark humor, but with the ability to read a room. We are not elitist by any means. And for the love of God this does not mean you should try to be "edgy" 24/7. We just like to have fun and let loose with our friends. We don't take ourselves or this game too seriously.

Even though this clan is iron only, we do lots of activities/events as a community including Skill of the Week, PvM challenges, Clue Hunts, Bingos, and more!

No advertising of outside websites or in game services/RWT.
3:
No racist/homophobic/sexist slurs and ignorant bs.
4:
No scamming, killing/stalking our members in the wildy.
5:
All bosses/raids are FFA unless otherwise agreed upon to split. If splitting, say in chat and screenshot. If it is "he said, she said" then tough luck, welcome to the real world. If evidence is provided, it will be reviewed by staff.
6:
It is generally advised to avoid politics/religion. If discussion starts in cc, admin may ask that conversation end. Talk about that stuff in private.
7:
Alt accounts are allowed in the cc as long as they are iron. They will be given a unique Bob the Cat icon, and are not eligible for promotion.


Most of what we are about is using common sense. We are not judgy, elitist, sensitive pricks. Be yourself and have fun!

RANKING STRUCTURE


Bronze - New Member

Iron - Awarded automatically after 1 month in clan

White - Awarded automatically after 2 months in clan

Black - Awarded by council discretion. Minimum 3 months in clan.

Mithril- Awarded by council discretion. Minimum 6 months in clan

Adamant - Awarded by council discretion. Minimum 9 months in clan

Rune - Awarded by council discretion. Minimum 12 months in clan.

Dragon - Awarded by council vote. This is the highest honor a non admin member can achieve. Minimum 12 months in clan.

Our ranking structure is flexible, and based off a member’s actions in the community. We look to promote those who help not only grow the clan in numbers, but also in strength. We reward things like: Hosting/attending events, helping clan mates, bumping forums/recruiting, offering suggestions/creative ideas, and being an active part of the cc and discord. Of course, we don't require or pressure you to do anything you don't want, and you may still earn promotion through time and loyalty to the clan.
